The Aligned Pivot Method
You built the career you were supposed to want.
Now you can't remember why.
Career pivot coaching for high-achieving corporate women in their 30s who are quietly miserable in jobs they're technically great at.
The problem
The degrees. The promotions. The LinkedIn-shaped career.
And a Sunday-night pit in your stomach that no amount of meditation can fix. You optimized for what looked impressive and lost track of what felt true. The performance works. The person underneath it is exhausted.
Does this sound familiar
If any of these are true, you are in the right place.
- Sunday scaries start arriving on Saturday
- You can't bring yourself to want the promotion
- Nine hours answering emails, zero things you're proud of
- Opening job tabs in incognito
- Googling "how to change careers" at 11pm on a Tuesday
- Rationing PTO like currency
- A leadership title that makes your chest cave in
- Watching people's faces stay neutral when you describe your job
- MBA brochures still sitting in your inbox
- Therapy hours spent talking about work
- LinkedIn anxiety watching other women leave
- Shoulders dropping on Friday when you close the laptop
- An exhaustion that sleep doesn't fix
- The slow realization that nothing is technically wrong, and you'd trade all of it
The gap
What you dream about
- A life that feels like yours
What you actually do
- What's familiar
- What's safe
- What you've already done a thousand times
- While it quietly eats you inside
The real issue
The career problem is actually a self-knowledge problem.
You can't think your way out of a pattern built to avoid feeling. Around 16, you learned that being impressive was safer than being honest. Every new role will feel like the old one in 18 months without addressing the architecture underneath.
Why you're still stuck
The support around you is loving. It's just not useful.
A wonderful therapist
who doesn't do career strategy
A mentor
telling you to "lean in"
A tired best friend
who wants you to feel better
A partner
saying "whatever you decide, I support you." Loving but not useful.
its own special hell
The method
The Aligned Pivot Method.
A psychological career reinvention process.
Map your real terrain
A written portrait of work environments, role shapes, and conditions where the genuine version of you shows up.
Find and rewire the patterns
The overachiever script. The "what will they think" loop. The fear of choosing wrong.
Execute the pivot
Conversations, applications, experiments, boundary-setting in real life. Not just inside your head.
Build self-trust strong enough for independence
The work has an end. The capacity it builds doesn't.
What they say after the work
Real outcomes.
The gentleness and safety didn't surprise me. The outcomes have blown my mind.

What changes, and when
Here's what actually happens.
You have your map. Specific, written, actionable.
You've made your first real move: a conversation, an application, an experiment, a boundary.
You're executing. The career has moved from concept to in-progress.
You can name what you want and keep choosing yourself. Without coaching.
The packages
Three ways to work together.
Each is designed for a different stage of readiness. Not sure which one? Book the call — we'll figure it out together.
Where Will I Thrive?
The Clarity Intensive
Two sessions, 3 hours each, 2 weeks apart
For women who can name the dread but not the direction. We go deep on who you are and what is actually driving the disconnection, then map the terrain you need to move toward.
What Are My Actions?
The Full Pivot
Five sessions, 2 hours each, every other week
For women ready to move. Most clients start here. We do the full Aligned Pivot Method — identity, patterns, direction, and execution — with structured work between sessions.
How Do I Keep Choosing Myself?
Ongoing Alignment
Weekly 1-hour sessions, 3-month minimum
For women in active transition who need a steady space to think and a thinking partner who knows their story. Support while the pivot is in motion.
About Nastia
From Autopilot to On-Purpose.
I spent seven years in private equity, management consulting, and fintech across Berlin, London, Australia, and the US. I was good at it. But a quiet voice kept asking: what about the bridge to my own heart? Am I missing meaning?
I shared it with my husband first, then found the courage to tell my manager over a pint after work. "I think I'm missing meaning in my work." His response changed everything: "You are highly valued here. But if you are drawn to something else, you will have my full support." That permission, to believe there was more, was the start.
My CEO nominated me to lead coaching workshops for our consultants. What began as a task quickly became the absolute highlight of my week. I've worked with C-level executives and improved organizations for years, but nothing felt like this. I realized the most rewarding work is impacting the core of what makes anything great: the people inside it.
I'm certified in Metacognitive Programming, combining neuroscience, psychotherapy, and behavioral change. I'm both strategic and warm. I produce actual movement. And I've been through the door you're standing at. I know the cost. I know what it gives back.

Questions
Things people wonder before they book.
I've already tried therapy, journaling, a career coach. Why would this be different?
Insight isn't the bottleneck. You have plenty. This work translates insight into structural change: how you choose, what you walk toward, what you stop tolerating. Therapy explains the pattern. Journaling tracks it. This dismantles it and replaces it.
What if I don't know what I want?
Most clients arrive not knowing. Not-knowing is the starting condition, not a disqualifier. Clarity builds inside it. It is what we work toward together.
Do I have to quit my job?
No. Most clients pivot strategically without leaving income behind until they are ready. The work is about clarity and movement, not burning things down.
How is this different from a regular career coach?
Regular coaches optimize for the next role. This work focuses on the version of you who lives inside it. Resume strategy without identity work is just a slightly better version of the same problem in 18 months.
What if I'm not sure I'm ready?
Book the conversation. You'll know within 20 minutes whether you're ready. And if you're not, I'll tell you what I think you actually need, even if that's not me.
Ready
You already know. You've known for a while.
None of that arrives by itself. You arrive at it by starting.
30 minutes. No pitch. Just clarity on whether this is the right work and room.
